PicoWork is a micro-task marketplace. Workers complete short online tasks. Employers post work and pay for approved results. Here is the full flow.

For Workers

1. Register and verify your email.
2. Browse tasks that match your skills and country.
3. Follow every step and submit the required proof (screenshot, text, or link).
4. Wait for review. Approved work is credited to your wallet.
5. Withdraw when you reach the minimum payout for your method.

For Employers

1. Register as Employer and add funds to your wallet.
2. Post a task with clear title, steps, and proof rules.
3. Fund the task so workers can start.
4. Review submissions — approve good work, request revision, or reject incomplete proof.
