Welcome to PicoWork. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our micro-task marketplace. By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. About the Platform
PicoWork connects Workers who complete small online tasks with Employers who post tasks and pay for completed work.
2. Eligibility
- Provide accurate registration information.
- Do not operate multiple accounts to abuse rewards or tasks.
- We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
3. Accounts and security
- Keep your login credentials confidential.
- Email verification may be required before full access.
- Admin access must use the dedicated admin login only.
4. Worker rules
- Follow task instructions and proof requirements.
- Submit only genuine proof. Fake proof may be rejected.
- Payments are credited after valid approval.
5. Employer rules
- Post clear, lawful tasks with honest requirements.
- Fund tasks according to Platform rules.
- Review submissions in good faith.
6. Payments
- Balances are held in your Platform wallet.
- Deposits and withdrawals depend on available methods.

7. Referrals
Referral rewards are subject to anti-abuse checks. Self-referrals or duplicate accounts may cancel rewards.
8. Prohibited use
- Fraud, spam, scraping, or security attacks
- Any activity that harms users or the Platform
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use means you accept the revised Terms.
