This policy describes deposits, task payments, referrals, and withdrawals on PicoWork.

1. Wallet balances

Funds in your wallet are Platform balances for use on PicoWork.

2. Deposits

  • Methods are listed on the deposit page.
  • Manual methods may need admin review.
  • Wrong network or missing proof may delay crediting.

3. Task payments

  • Workers are paid only for approved work.
  • Rejected work is not paid.

4. Withdrawals

  • Minimum amounts and fees may apply.
  • Provide accurate payout details.
  • We may request verification for unusual requests.

5. Refunds

  • Deposits are generally non-refundable once credited, except clear Platform error.
  • Approved task payments are not reversed without a valid fraud finding.
